Yesterday the Indonesian President Yudhoyono paid a visit to Tokyo. He was warmly received.
Under a long term supply agreement, Indonesia was committed to supply 10 million tons of liquefied national gas (LNG) to Japan this year. In an interview with the Nihon Keizai Shimbun Yudhoyono announced that an additional one million tons will be forthcoming to help in Japan’s adjustment to the Fukushima nuclear plant (and other nuclear plants) de-activation.
